StopSignStore.com ships signs and hardware via a reputable ground shipping company which may include FedEx Ground, UPS or DHL. All products are shipped using standard delivery. Expedited shipping is available by request for an additional charge. We ship only to the contiguous 48 States. Shipping is not available to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or internationally. P.O. boxes are not acceptable.

Products are manufactured and shipped within three business days of the receipt of a customer order. Exceptions may apply to unusually large orders. If StopSignStore.com is unable to ship your order within three business days, StopSignStore.com will contact you immediately. Transit times to your location will vary. Shipping promotions are occasionally offered at the discretion of StopSignStore.com. Shipping promotions or discounts must be entered in the space provided at the time the order is placed. No exceptions. Customers will be advised of shipping charges for each order at the time the order is placed. All shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Occasionally, packages are damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged package you MUST document the damage with the carrier upon delivery receipt. If damage is not documented with the carrier at the time of delivery, the carrier may deny your claim.
